Royal Naval Lodge No 59 is a lodge under the jurisdiction of the United Grand Lodge of England and of the Metropolitan Grand Lodge of London. Our lodge was founded in 1738 and is one of the oldest lodges in London.
Freemasons come from all walks of life, and are active in promoting a culture of integrity, charity and community responsibility. Our social mix is very diverse, with members of all ages and from all walks of life.
Royal Naval Lodge meets on the second Monday of the month, five times a year, at Freemasons Hall in London. This is the world centre of Freemasonry.
Freemasonry means different things to different people. Some enjoy the opportunity to listen to and debate with others, whilst some members also find the social activities of great interest. A chance to study the history, philosophy and esoteric nature of the craft appeals to many, but most of all Freemasonry offers you a pathway to develop in ways that personally interest you.
